Samuel Mubiru

Managing Director & Founder

A seasoned civil engineer with over two decades of experience in construction and infrastructure development across Uganda. Samuel founded Mustech with a vision to contribute meaningfully to Uganda's national development through engineering excellence.

Chief Civil Engineer

Head of Engineering & Design

Leading our technical engineering division with expertise in structural analysis, civil engineering design, and project supervision. Responsible for ensuring all designs meet safety codes and international standards.

Project Director

Operations & Project Management

Overseeing all active construction projects with a focus on schedule management, cost control, and quality assurance. Ensuring every project is delivered on time and to specification across all sites.

Company Founded

Mustech Company (U) Ltd was established with a clear mission to serve Uganda's growing infrastructure needs.

2008

First Government Contract

Secured our first major government road construction project — a landmark that validated our technical capability.

2012

Water Services Division Launched

Expanded into borehole drilling and water supply systems, bringing clean water to hundreds of communities.

2016

Hydropower Projects

Successfully entered the hydropower sector with dam and water retention structure projects supporting Uganda's energy goals.
