How do I get a quote for my project?

What areas of Uganda do you serve?

We operate across Uganda — both urban and rural districts. Our teams are experienced in working in remote locations and challenging terrain. We are headquartered in Kampala but deploy project teams nationwide. We also take on projects in the wider East Africa region.
Are you registered and licensed in Uganda?

Yes. Mustech Company (U) Ltd is fully registered in Uganda, licensed by relevant government bodies including the Ministry of Works & Transport, and our engineers are certified members of professional engineering bodies in Uganda.
How long does a typical project take?

Project timelines vary by scope and type. A standard borehole drilling takes 2–5 days, small buildings 3–6 months, road projects vary by length (typically 2–12 months), and major infrastructure like dams may take 1–3 years. We provide a detailed programme during the quotation phase.
Do you handle government tenders and contracts?

Yes. Mustech is an approved government contractor and we actively participate in public procurement processes through the PPDA (Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets) system. We have successfully executed numerous government-funded projects across Uganda.
What payment and financing options are available?

We offer flexible payment structures including milestone-based payments tied to project phases. We can work with your bank financing arrangements and government payment schedules. Our commercial team will discuss payment terms during the contract negotiation process.
Do you provide project management and supervision?

Yes. Full project management, site supervision, quality control, and reporting are included in our contracts. We assign dedicated project managers and resident engineers to each project to ensure smooth execution and regular communication with clients.
Can Mustech also handle design and planning?

Absolutely. We offer design-and-build services where our in-house engineers handle the complete design, BOQ preparation, planning approvals, and construction. Alternatively, we can work from designs provided by your independent consultant — whichever you prefer.
